Privacy Policy

Artur Bidenko operates Relizora as an individual in Ukraine. Relizora stores your account email, sign-in records, workspace data and encrypted secrets to provide the service. Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Resend delivers account emails. Google handles sign-in when you choose it. Optional analytics require your consent and exclude passwords, tokens and project contents.

Your workspace data stays in place when the 30-day free trial ends, even if your account is inactive afterward. You can still view and export data within your existing permissions. To request deletion of your data or ask a privacy question, email support@relizora.com.

Support verifies the request through your account email. When your account is deleted, we end your active sessions and revoke your access to projects shared with you. Those projects and their team data stay with their owners.

If you own projects, support sends you the list and asks you to explicitly confirm deletion of all listed projects with your account. We give each participant with access at least seven calendar days from the time we send their notice. The notice states the exact scheduled deletion date and time in UTC. Until then, participants can read and export releases within their permissions. When the deadline is reached, support checks the project and participant lists again before completing deletion.

We keep manual encrypted SQL backups for 30 days from creation. Our database provider also offers a separate rolling recovery window, currently seven days. Older copies can contain deleted data or previous sharing permissions. Before reopening a restored service, we reapply completed deletions and access revocations and check that the old links no longer work. We keep a separate, limited record of the affected identifiers only while a copy could still restore that data or access.

Mail sent to support@relizora.com is handled by the operator in Gmail. We delete the messages and attachments for a support case 90 days after it closes. If the case is reopened, the 90 days start again when it next closes. This applies to our copies of the correspondence, including sent replies.
